The Uxbridge Candidate for the Communities United Party, Sabrina Moosun has filed an Application to Westminster Court for a summons against Boris Johnson for electoral fraud.

The Application has been filed after investigation of the 1983 Representations of Persons Act and the Electoral Commission guidelines show that members of the Civil Service and Legislature are disqualified from becoming a Member of Parliament. The role of Mayor of London falls within these definitions and therefore Boris Johnson is not eligible to become the Uxbridge MP.

His disregard of the rules is typical of his conduct.

The #sackboris Campaign had earlier issued a Press Release stating that a High Court action would be taken to challenge Boris Johnson becoming an MP as he role of Polcie and Crime Commisisoner for London would also disqualify him (see below)

Boris Johnson recently said when asked about the rules of becoming a Minister while continuing in his role as Mayor that he did not know what the rules are

On a visit to the site of a new Intercontinental hotel in North Greenwich, Mr Johnson was asked if there are rules against being a minister, MP and mayor at the same time.

He replied: "I don't know what the rules say, in fact I don't think there are any rules, but the job of Mayor of London is effectively like running a big department of state.

"There's a £16 billion budget or whatever, there's lots of executive stuff.

It has not yet been reported that an Application was made in Westminster magistrates court  for summons for election fraud against Boris Johnson Mayor of London
